My Approach

Building on strengths, speaking the truth, and cleaning out the closet are my favorite therapeutic activities. My insightful, non- judgmental, and encouraging style is approachable. I am client-centered, and support exploration, mindfulness, and harm reduction practices. My work is anti-oppressive, and rooted in whole person recovery. As you process and determine how to move forward with meaning and dignity, I will support you. The techniques I use are safe and effective standard practices.

Working together

Our time together begins when what you're already doing is no longer enough. Perhaps you just need someone to hear you out once in a while. Maybe, you've been blindsided by a change in a family or friend relationship. Or, you've become more anxious or depressed than you are comfortable being.
