Supervision
How I Supervise
My approach is relational, direct, and developmentally attuned. I will be supportive first, and challenging as needed.
We focus on:
understanding what is happening in the client’s experience
your responses in the room
how decisions are made in complex situations
how to hold uncertainty without rushing to answers
For counselors who want to think deeply, practice ethically, and develop confidence
Supervision is so much more than collecting 2,000 hours.
It’s an investment in becoming a clinician who can stay present, hold complexity, and to trust their own judgment.
I offer supervision for LPC candidates who take their work seriously and want to develop into thoughtful, skilled therapists.

Supervision is offered as an ongoing professional relationship rather than a drop-in service.

What You Can Expect
Supervision is a time for candidates to:
Bring in cases and work through them
Ask questions you’re unsure how to ask
Strengthen your clinical thinking
Develop consistency in documentation and decision-making
Build a professional identity that feels sincere
Over time, you’ll develop your foundation, rely less on external reassurance and more on your internal clinical framework.
